We do not offer refunds. Dragonfly Creations is not responsible for any return shipping if applicable.
Client is responsible for all return shipping if applicable.
(Custom & Specialty Orders)
All custom or specialty orders are AS-IS. We do not offer a return or refund on any CUSTOM item.
If there is an issue, please contact us before returning to discuss options, we will only replace the item with a like item, at our discretion.
Standard: Item purchased at any event, in store or on website that did not require any custom designing or request from the guest (purchaser) is considered a standard item.
What is considered in our discretion.
Use: Items sold are for entertainment and/or novelty/curio purposes ONLY. Any other use strictly VOIDS any return or exchange. If it is determined that the item was used for any other purpose, not properly stored or cared for, Dragonfly Creations, LLC will NOT refund nor exchange the item.
It is recommended that wicks in candles are trimmed to 1/4". All herbs should be stored in a resealable container. Oils should be stored in original container.
